Return & Refund Policy

We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand, however, that sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you would like a refund.

Return Window

As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 30 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

How To Return

    Submit a return request

    Visit our Return Portal and enter your order number and email to start.

  2. 2

    Receive return instructions

    We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your return process within 1 business day.

  3. 3

    Ship your items

    Pack your items securely and ship them back using the provided instructions.

Please note the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

  • Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) are your responsibility.
  • Make sure items are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way.
  • If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).
  • All items are inspected on return.
  • If you received a defective item or the wrong item, we'll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
  • We will inspect the condition of items before proceeding to refund.
  • Twokute will not accept cash on delivery and will not pay delivery or return shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased as clearance, final sale, or labeled non-returnable at checkout are ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we are working hard to enable exchanges as soon as possible. Stay tuned.

Disclaimers

  • • Twokute will only accept returns to the address provided in your return confirmation email.
  • • Twokute will not accept any drop-off returns. All returns must be mailed.
  • • Only approved return requests are accepted.
  • • Twokute, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements.
